For Constance Wu, who’s best known for her role on the ABC sitcom Fresh Off The Boat and the blockbuster films Crazy Rich Asians and Hustlers, her performance in the episode “Jenny” had her channeling the days when she was in drama school. She plays Jenny, who is, “very drunk and in a waiting-room setting. “She doesn’t know where she is and how she got there. And that’s what she’s got to figure out.”

BlackFilmandTV.com’s Wilson Morales spoke with Wu about her performance and what that feeling was like, shooting a scene where it’s all her and no one else in the room.
