In Knockemstiff, Ohio and its neighboring backwoods, sinister characters — an unholy preacher (Robert Pattinson), twisted couple (Jason Clarke and Riley Keough), and crooked sheriff (Sebastian Stan) — converge around young Arvin Russell (Tom Holland) as he fights the evil forces that threaten him and his family. Spanning the time between World War II and the Vietnam war, director Antonio Campos’ THE DEVIL ALL THE TIME renders a seductive and horrific landscape that pits the just against the corrupted.

This suspenseful, finely-woven tale is adapted from Donald Ray Pollock's award-winning novel.

Harry Melling and Pokey LaFarge play Roy Laferty and Theodore, Roy's best friend, respectively. Melling, best known for his role as Dudley Dursley in the Harry Potter film franchise, was recently seen in Gina Prince-Bythewood’s The Old Guard. LaFarge is a singer, songwriter, guitarist, recording artist, poet and actor. This is his biggest role, from a marketing standpoint, to date.

BlackFilmandTV.com’s Wilson Morales recently spoke to both Melling and LaFarge about their roles, the transition of their characters from book to screen, and working with Campos.
