Exclusive: Joe Mantegna talks Criminal Minds: Evolution Season 19 and playing David Rossi
Currently playing on Paramount+ is Season 19 of Criminal Minds: Evolution, which is a branch of Criminal Minds. Criminal Minds ran on CBS until 2020. It was then revived and re-titled Criminal Minds: Evolution for its sixteenth season, which premiered on Paramount+ in November 2022.
Joe Mantegna plays David Rossi, a Supervisory Special Agent in the FBI's Behavioral Analysis Unit. He's been with the series since he appeared in the episode "About Face", which was originally broadcast on October 31, 2007, during the show's third season.
