Exclusive: Sandra Bullock, Rob Morgan talk The Unforgivable

Hitting select movie theaters on November 24, then be streamed on Netflix starting on December 10 is The Unforgivable, starring Sandra Bullock, Vincent D'Onofrio, Jon Bernthal, Richard Thomas, Linda Emond, Aisling Franciosi, Rob Morgan, Emma Nelson, Will Pullen, Thomas Guiry and Viola Davis.

The film is based on the 3-part British miniseries Unforgiven, the drama follows Ruth Slater (Bullock) who is released from prison after serving a sentence for a violent crime and re-enters a society that refuses to forgive her past. Facing severe judgment from the place she once called home, her only hope for redemption is finding the estranged younger sister she was forced to leave behind.

Bullock is producing the project for Fortis Films alongside Graham King of GK Films and Veronica Ferres of Construction Film. Nan Morales, Nicola Shindler, Sally Wainwright, and Colin Vaines are the executive producers.

For Morgan, who has appeared in more Netflix projects than most of his peers with roles in Daredevil, Stranger Things, Mudbound, Gosless, Luke Cage, The Defenders, The Punisher, Jessica Jones, and Iron Fist, he continues to add to his count with this role and in the upcoming Don’t Look Up, which stars Leonardo DiCaprio and Jennifer Lawrence.
