Moderated by Kevin McCarthy, Anthony Ramos, Craig Robinson, Awkwafina, Marc Maron, Sam Rockwell, Danielle Brooks, Natasha Lyonne, and Maria Bakalova appeared at DreamWorks Animation's The Bad Guys 2 panel at the 2025 Comic-Con International: San Diego (SDCC2025) held at the San Diego Convention Center on July 26, 2025 in San Diego, California
Bad Guys 2 features the stellar original cast: Sam Rockwell, Marc Maron, Craig Robinson, Anthony Ramos, and Awkwafina. And newcomers for this one include Danielle Brooks as The Bad Girls leader Kitty Kat, a clever snow leopard; Maria Bakalova as Pigtail, a brilliant Bulgarian wild boar engineer; Natasha Lyonne as Doom, a wry raven with a knack for deception.
Everyone's favorite felons are back, and this time, they've got company. In the new action-packed chapter from DreamWorks Animation’s acclaimed comedy smash about a crackerjack crew of animal outlaws, our now-reformed Bad Guys are trying (very, very hard) to be good, but instead find themselves hijacked into a high-stakes, globe-trotting heist, masterminded by a new team of criminals they never saw coming: The Bad Girls.
The Bad Guys 2 is once again directed by animation filmmaker Pierre Perifel, making his second feature after the first film and lots of work as an animator at DreamWorks previously. Co-directed by JP Sans, who was head of character animation on the first film.
