Trailer to ETERNITY starring Miles Teller, Elizabeth Olsen, and Callum Turner
A24 has released the trailer to the romantic comedy Eternity, directed by David Freyne and starring Miles Teller, Elizabeth Olsen, Callum Turner, John Early, Olga Merediz, and Da’Vine Joy Randolph. The film hits theaters this November after world premiering at the Toronto Film Festival.
In an afterlife where souls have one week to decide where to spend eternity, Joan (Elizabeth Olsen) is faced with the impossible choice between the man she spent her life with (Miles Teller) and her first love (Callum Turner), who died young and has waited decades for her to arrive.
Oscar nominees Trevor White and Tim White produced under their Star Thrower Entertainment banner. In addition to directing, Freyne co-wrote alongside Pat Cunnane, whose original script appeared on the 2022 Black List.
Freyne got his start in post-production before stepping into the director’s chair. He made his feature debut with The Cured starring Elliot Page, which premiered at TIFF and won Best Horror Feature at Fantastic Fest. His sophomore feature Dating Amber, a semi-autobiographical comedy inspired by Freyne’s adolescence in the 1990s and shot in his own hometown, launched to acclaim on Amazon.
