Now playing on Disney+ is Marvel Studios’ “Loki,” in which Tom Hiddleston reprises his role from all three “Thor” films, 2012’s “The Avengers,” and 2018’s “Avengers: Infinity War.” Hiddleston last portrayed the God of Mischief in last year’s highest-grossing film of all time “Avengers: Endgame,” where he successfully had stolen the Tesseract during Iron Man and Ant Man’s failed attempt to retrieve it.

Marvel Studios’ “Loki” features the God of Mischief as he steps out of his brother’s shadow in a new series that takes place after the events of “Avengers: Endgame.” It’s the franchise’s third television show on Disney’s streaming service following WandaVision and The Falcon and the Winter Soldier.

Tom Hiddleston returns as the title character, joined by Owen Wilson, Gugu Mbatha-Raw, Sophia Di Martino, Wunmi Mosaku and Richard E. Grant. Kate Herron directs “Loki,” and Michael Waldron is head writer.

Best known for starring alongside Idris Elba in the fifth season of BBC’s Luther and playing Ruby Baptiste in HBO's Lovecraft Country, Nigerian-born British actress Mosaku has the role of Hunter B-15 in the Loki series. Hunter B-15 is a high ranking Hunter of the TVA determined to stop the variant that has been killing Minutemen troops.

On the film side, she was nominated for the BAFTA for Best Actress and also won the 2020 British Independent Film Awards for Best Actress for her role as in Rial in the film His House.

She will next be seen opposite Elizabeth Banks and Sigouney Weaver in Call Jane.
