Psychological Horror-Thriller ‘On Paper,’ Produced By Jaqueline Fleming, To Have World Premiere At 2026 Pan African Film Festival

Making its World Premiere at the 2026 Pan African Film Festival is the psychological horror-thriller ‘On Paper,’ produced by Jaqueline Fleming & T. Bankolé and starring Vernon Davis, Noah Abbott, Jerrel O’Neal, Carrie Bernan, TravQue, G Anthony Joseph, and Malika Blessing.

The festival takes place from February 16–22, 2026, at the Culver Theatre in Culver City, California. Screening dates and times will be announced by the festival.

The film marks the feature directorial debut of Amanda Niqole, whose previous directing work includes the short film ’Til Death Do Us Part, following her work on the national tour of Secrets and the Off-Broadway production Colorblind.

On Paper features an ensemble cast led by Noah Abbott, alongside former NFL star turned actor Vernon Davis, Malika Blessing, influencer-comedian TravQue, Jerrel O’Neal, Carrie Bernans, and G. Anthony Joseph.

Written by Randall Rydell Russell (The Hostage), On Paper follows a struggling screenwriter who discovers his latest script is eerily mirroring a series of real-life murders. As paranoia tightens its grip, he must determine whether he’s being inspired by a killer, haunted by one — or slowly becoming one himself.

The supporting cast includes Chris Camaj, Cookie Mazle, Solomon Wise, Jalene Mack, Michael Camacho, Wallace Demarriá, Brittney Bell, Sydni Davis, Daria Kokora, Tiffani Ann Mills, Rayshawn Chism, Frankie Blair, Syant Cross, Mynor A. Del Cid, and Bobby Brooks, with a special cameo by Jaqueline Fleming.

On Paper is produced by actress-producer Jaqueline Fleming (Love the Skin You’re In, To Her With Love, Wrong Place, Wrong Time) and T. Bankolé (The Dutchman) under their At The Kitchen Table banner. Additional producers include Vernon Davis, Chris Beal, and Shalina Murrell, with Wallace Demarriá serving as co-producer. Deatrich Wise Jr., NFL Washington Commanders defensive lineman, serves as executive producer.
